Ingredients:
1 Cup full fat yogurt (250ml)
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 tsp Xylitol
½ Cup mixed nuts (125ml)
Directions:
Crush the mixed nuts in a pestle and mortar (do not crush to a powder)
Mix yogurt, cinnamon, xylitol and crushed nuts in a serving bowl
Sprinkle with more crushed nuts and enjoy!
